Online Hypnosis Requirements

Preparing for Your Online Hypnosis Session
 

To ensure you have the best experience possible with your Wellness Canada Consulting Hypnotist, please follow these preparation steps:
 

Quiet Environment
 

  • Find a quiet, undisturbed location. Ensure no people or pets can distract you during your session.
     

Comfortable Seating
 

  • Use a supportive chair or bed. Choose a place where you can fully relax your body. If using a bed, prop yourself up with pillows to avoid falling asleep.
     

Reliable Equipment
 

  • Laptop, PC, or Tablet: Ensure your device has a good sound system, camera, microphone, and headphones.
     

  • Set up your device in a well-lit area where you can be seen clearly on camera.
     

Strong Internet Connection
 

  • Ensure your internet connection is reliable. A stable connection is essential for an uninterrupted session.
     

Zoom Software
 

  • Download and install Zoom. You will join your session through this platform.

Turn Off Notifications

​

  • Disable notifications on all devices, including your phone, to avoid interruptions.
     

Use the Washroom

​

  • Take a bathroom break before your appointment to avoid any interruptions during your session.
     

You will receive a meeting invite via email shortly before your session time. Click the link in the email to join the Zoom meeting, where you will be welcomed into your virtual room.
