We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available. For any scheduling conflicts or to request an appointment outside of our regular office hours, please email us at email@example.com.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client needing our services and respects your practitioner’s time. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show, a fee may apply. Considerations are made for reasons such as weather, etc.
We understand that life happens, so if you are running late for your appointment, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please reschedule your appointment if you're not feeling well and have a cold or flu. This includes any symptoms, such as a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing. We want to ensure the well-being of all our clients and staff. We will be happy to see you when you are well.
