WHAT IS NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP)

Neurolinguistic Programming is a description of how words and thoughts program the mind.

Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP for short) is a psychological approach that uses specific strategies to achieve personal and professional goals using language, thoughts, and patterns of behaviors.

Co-Founded in 1970, Richard Bandler & John Grinder modeled the most successful modalities used by therapists Milton Erickson, Gregory Bateson, Fritz Perls & Virginia Satir to create what we now know as NLP.

NLP is widely used by Hypnotherapists in conjunction with Hypnosis to help clients achieve their goals in a positive and effective way.

Most NLP Coaching can be done in one session, allowing clients to reframe how they speak and think to themselves, helping them to live a more positive lifestyle.
