Cancellation Policy

Respecting Time and Commitment

 

At Wellness Canada, we understand that your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing the best possible service to all our clients. In order to do so, we have implemented a cancellation and no-show policy.

 

Cancellation Notice 12-Hour Notice Required

 

We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

 

Cancellation Fee Fee for Late Cancellation or No-Show

 

In the event that an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice or if a client fails to show up without any notice, a cancellation fee will be charged.

 

Amount of Fee

 

The fee will be a flat fee of $50. We believe this fee is fair and reflects the value of the time set aside for your appointment.

 

Exceptions to the Policy Sickness or Severe Weather

 

We understand unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness or severe weather conditions can occur. In such cases, we will use discretion in applying the cancellation fee.

 

First-Time Courtesy: If it's your first time missing an appointment or canceling late, we may waive the fee as a one-time courtesy, recognizing that emergencies can happen.

This policy is in place to ensure that we can run our services efficiently and continue to provide high-quality care to all our clients. It also respects the time that our practitioners have allocated for your session.
